在办公室,通常着装要得体、有品味。不宜穿太张扬、太随便、太紧或太暴露的服装。以下是一些不建议的着装:
牛仔服 jeans
T恤衫 T-shirts
背心 tank tops
运动鞋 sneakers
休闲鞋 loafers
漏脚的 open-toed or
或平底鞋 low-cut shoes (low-cuts)
1、对女性而言,职业装的款式应简洁大方,尽量避免紧身而繁复的设计。品质较好的白衬衫是职场女性不可缺少的单品,而大方简洁的西服套裙也深受女性的青睐。以下是一些建议的着装:
长裤西服装 pant suit
正装长裤 dress pants
夹克 jacket
高跟鞋 high-heels
衬衫 blouse
齐膝短裙或长裙 knee-length skirt orfull-length dress
2、对男性来说,着装一般为西服和领带,颜色通常是暗色调或浅色调,如黑色、白色和灰色。但是,现在也有一些企业对不直接接触客户的员工着装要求不太严格,允许穿着T恤衫等休闲类服装。以下是一些建议的着装:

B、电话沟通礼仪

在办公室,接电话和打电话是十分常见的沟通方式,因此你有必要了解一下电话沟通时需要注意的礼仪哦!
1、接电话
Answer the Phone
接电话时,当对方询问的人不在座位或打错时,不应只是生硬地回答说:“他不在”、“没这人”、“不知道”。电话用语应文明礼貌,态度诚恳,语调平和。
当电话声响起,请在铃声响过三声之内接起。拿起电话后应先自报家门,“您好,这里是xx公司xx部”。此外,对于提及的重要内容最好简明扼要记录下来,如时间、地点、联系人和具体问题等。
来看看下面的例子,当打电话的人想找某人,那人却不在时,你最好问问对方是否要留言:
Can I talk to Joanne? 我可以跟 Joanne讲话吗?
She's out on her lunch break right now. Would you like
to leave a message? 她出去吃午饭了, 你要留言吗?
She's not available right now. Can I take a message?
她不在, 我可以帮你传话吗?
2、打电话
Make a Phone Call
打电话时,最好避开临近下班的时间。接通电话后,你应先报出自己的姓名和身份。必要时,可以先询问对方此时交谈是否方便。
比如:
Hi, this is Mary, the HR Executive with the Human Resources Department. Do you have your documentation such as your ID card & bank account ready?

士等)以及称呼语(如先生和夫人)。当双方相互认识后,请以“How do you do?”或“It's nice to meet you.”来问候对方。
