现阶段,人才的培养对社会的发展起着至关重要的作用,人才的竞争成为国际社会竞争的重要因素之一,不可否认,一个国家的人才发展直接关系到国家经济的繁荣程度。当下作为人才培养新机制的高职院校方面的人才培养机制,是社会发展的必然要求。职业教育体系作为我国社会就业发展的主要体系,在我国高等教育舞台上扮演这十分重要的角色。从相关调查数据显示,高职院校教师绩效评估考核体系中存在一些不足,值得我们思考和研究。

Talent competition has become an important factor in the competition of the international community. It is undeniable that the development of a country’s talent is directly related to the prosperity of the country’s economy. At present, the personnel training mechanism in vocational colleges as a new mechanism for personnel training is an inevitable requirement for social development. As the main system of employment development in our country, the vocational education system plays a very important role in our country’s higher education. Relevant survey data show that there are some shortcomings in the assessment system of teachers’ performance in higher vocational colleges, which is worth our thinking and research.
