目的:观察复方葶苈注射液与酚妥拉明对野百合碱诱发肺动脉高压大鼠的血流动力学、血气和急性时相蛋白的影响。方法:SD 大鼠皮下注射野百合碱,18天后形成肺动脉高压模型。造模第9天起各组分别用复方葶苈注射液、酚妥拉明、生理盐水治疗,另设正常对照组。造模18天后检测肺血流动力学、动脉血气分析及急性时相蛋白以评价各组的效果。结果:复方葶苈组大鼠的 PaCO_2显著降低(P<0.01),PaO_2和SaO_2显著升高(P<0.01),酚妥拉明组大鼠 HCO_3~-明显减少(P<0.05),BE 负值明显增大(P<0.01)。两组均可提高左心室收缩压(LVSP)、最大左心室内压变化速率(LVdp/dtmax),缩短左心室内压变化速率曲线(t-dp/dtmax),同时复方葶苈组可降低心率(HR),但不影响体循环压(SBP);酚妥拉明组未能减慢心率,但却使SBP 降低。复方葶苈组、酚妥拉明组触珠蛋白(HTP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)明显下降。各组α_1-酸性蛋白(AAG)治疗前后无变化。结论:复方葶苈组能改善血气指标;酚妥拉明药组不能改善血气指标,同时出现酸碱代谢紊乱。两组都能改善血流动力情况,复方葶苈组的疗效较好。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Fulingzhi Injection and phentolamine on hemodynamics, blood gas and acute phase protein in rats with pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline. METHODS: SD rats were injected subcutaneously with monocrotaline and pulmonary hypertension models were established 18 days later. From the 9th day after modeling, each group was treated with compound quail injection, phentolamine, and saline, and a normal control group was set up. Pulmonary hemodynamics, arterial blood gas analysis, and acute phase protein were measured 18 days after modeling to evaluate the effect of each group. RESULTS: PaCO 2 in the rats in the compound group was significantly decreased (P<0.01), PaO 2 and SaO 2 were significantly increased (P<0.01), HCO 3 - was significantly decreased in the phentolamine group (P<0.05), and BE was negative. The value increased significantly (P<0.01). Both groups can increase the left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), the maximum left ventricular pressure change rate (LVdp/dtmax), shorten the left ventricular pressure change rate curve (t-dp/dtmax), while the compound quinone group can reduce the heart rate (HR), but does not affect systemic circulation pressure (SBP); the phentolamine group failed to slow down the heart rate but decreased the SBP. The haptoglobin (HTP) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were significantly decreased in the compound guanidine group and phentolamine group. There was no change before and after treatment of α 1 -acid protein (AAG) in each group. Conclusion: The compound phlegm group can improve the blood gas index; the phentolamine group can not improve the blood gas index, and there are acid-base metabolic disorders. Both groups can improve the hemodynamic condition, and the efficacy of the compound phlegm group is better.
