本文研究了各种应变速率下,不同晶粒度对超塑流变应力的影响,建立了1gδ-1gδ的关系曲线,发现在从1.5×10~(-5)/秒-9.6×10~(-4)/秒的范围中,1gδ-1gδ是一组平行的直线,实验证明对Zn-A1共析合金采用超塑流变经验方程是合理的,并对n和P作了测定。 在不同晶粒度下,测定了各种应变速率和最大伸长率的关系。发现超过1.5×10~(-2)/秒,晶粒度增大时,超塑性明显下降,直至发生早期断裂。说明在一定应变速率下,超塑性对晶粒度是很敏感的。
In this paper, the effect of different grain sizes on the rheological stress of superplasticizer under various strain rates was studied, and the relation curve of 1gδ-1gδ was established. It was found that when the temperature was from 1.5 × 10 -5 / s to 9.6 × 10 ~ -4) / s, 1gδ-1gδ is a set of parallel lines. Experiments show that it is reasonable to adopt superplastic rheological empirical equation for Zn-Al eutectoid alloy, and n and P are measured. The relationship between various strain rates and maximum elongation was measured at different grain sizes. It is found that when the grain size is increased more than 1.5 × 10 -2 / s, the superplasticity obviously drops until the early rupture occurs. Show that at a certain strain rate, the superplasticity of the grain size is very sensitive.
