主要研究激光共焦扫描显微镜 (LCSM )系统数据场的体绘制方法。根据LCSM系统数据场的特点 ,提出了源—点光源光照模型以及体缓冲器绘制方法。实验结果表明此方法适用于LCSM系统 ,能够生成逼真的三维图形。
The main research laser confocal scanning microscope (LCSM) system data field volume rendering method. According to the characteristics of LCSM system data field, a source-point light source illumination model and a body buffer rendering method are proposed. The experimental results show that this method is suitable for LCSM system and can generate realistic three-dimensional graphics.
