我公司现有干部16887人(含试聘人员2670人),45岁以下的占了59%,其中不具备中专或高中水平的有5500余人,很多人也未受过系统的专业训练,缺乏管理知识和能力。例如:文化在初中以下又未受过系统训练的干部,保卫系统占77.7%,材料系统占75.6%,人事系统占61.5%,劳资系统占60%,计划系统占54%,财务系统占43.7%,就是水平较高的科技系统也占35%。这就必须把提高管理人员的素质摆上议事日程。为此,总公司1986年7月正式开展了干部岗位培训。
