课程的校本化实施是学校课程领导力的集中体现。上海市静安区教育学院附属学校(简称静教院附校)是一所九年一贯制的公办学校,在课程的校本化实施过程中主要进行了以下几方面的探索。一是基础型课程设置的校本化,以学生的年龄特征为依据进行调整,提出“按学生最佳发展期设课”的理念,并作尝试性的实践研究。二是基础型课程在教学上的校本化,以创“最近发展区”施教为理论支撑,
