用rIL2和自体外周血克隆化LAK细胞体外二步净化白血病骨髓后行ABMT,移植后体内再用rIL2/LAK细胞治疗;4例行ABMT白血病病人用rIL2/LAM细胞体内外净化后,2例对化疗无效的病人(淋巴瘤性白血病与慢性各1例)获CT,4例病人移植后至1994年9月持续缓解8~14月,移植后第3周末测定外周血NK细胞活性明显高于另3例未净化行ABMT白血病病人;rIL2/LAK细胞体外二步净化骨髓不影响CFU-GM回收率,移植后不影响造血功能重建。
