针对WC5E型铰接式四驱矿用自卸车的结构特点和传动轴布置形式,通过分析各传动轴的工作状态和运动轨迹,确定了传动轴的长度、伸缩量和断面尺寸等主要性能参数,并根据所传递扭矩和转速对其进行了强度计算和校核,最终设计出满足整车使用要求的传动轴,为此类车辆传动系统的设计提供了方法和依据。
According to the structural characteristics of the WC5E articulated four-wheel drive dump truck and the layout of the transmission shaft, the main performance parameters of the transmission shaft, such as the length, the amount of expansion and contraction and the size of the section, are determined by analyzing the working state and movement trajectories of the transmission shafts. Based on the transmitted torque and speed, the intensity calculation and checking are carried out. Finally, a transmission shaft meeting the requirements of the vehicle is designed, which provides a method and a basis for the design of such a vehicle transmission system.
