目的 :验证二维DR数据形变重建的颅面硬组织模型的准确性,以期为治疗方案确定、手术方法选择和提高医患交流水平提供平台。方法:对7名志愿者分别进行基于二维DR数据的形变建模和CT建模,通过测量64项描述颅面硬组织特征的项目,进行直观重叠比较和客观分析。采用SPSS17.0软件包对数据进行配对t检验。结果:58项测量项目无显著差异,形变建模和CT建模的一致性很高。结论:基于二维DR数据形变建模的颅面硬组织精确性高,偏差基本在允许的范围内,完全可以满足临床诊断和治疗的需要。该三维重建系统能够在临床上应用。
OBJECTIVE: To verify the accuracy of two-dimensional DR data in the reconstruction of craniofacial hard tissue model, in order to provide a platform for the determination of treatment options, surgical methods and the exchange of doctors and patients. METHODS: Seven volunteers were respectively subjected to deformation modeling and CT modeling based on two-dimensional DR data. By measuring 64 items describing the characteristics of craniofacial hard tissue, visual comparison and objective analysis were conducted. The data was paired t-test using SPSS17.0 software package. Results: There were no significant differences among the 58 measurement items, and the consistency between deformation modeling and CT modeling was high. Conclusion: The accuracy of craniofacial hard tissue based on two-dimensional DR data deformation modeling is high and the deviation is basically within the allowable range, which can completely meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment. The three-dimensional reconstruction system can be used clinically.
