Each coach has its own set of plans for training. They formed a training system for the planning, analysis and understanding of training sessions and the experience of each individual. With the continuous improvement of training methods, the training system is also constantly changing. Several methods used in modern middle distance training deserve our discussion, which can provide a basis for further understanding of modern training methods.
