我校是一所农村中学,学生底子薄,教育教学质量难以提高。近几年来,我校坚持“科研兴教”的思想,引领教师不断进行校本课题研究。结合学校的具体实际,学校确定了《建立导师助学制度促进潜能生自信发展》小课题,经过一阶段研究探索初有成效,为农村中学解决潜能生问题探索出了一条新路子。
Our school is a rural middle school. The students are very poor and the quality of education and teaching is difficult to improve. In recent years, our university has persisted in the idea of “researching and promoting education” and has led teachers to carry out school-based research. Combining with the specific reality of the school, the school has identified a small topic of “Establishing a Mentorship System to Promote Potential Health, Self-Confidence, and Development”. After a period of research and exploration, it has achieved initial success and explored a new way for rural middle schools to solve potential students’ problems.
