以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)-聚氯乙烯(PVC)为膜材料,考察了聚乙二醇1000(PEG1000)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK30)和吐温80作为添加剂对膜的结构和性能的影响。结果表明,上述添加剂都能增大PVDF-PMMA-PVC铸膜液的粘度,其中以PVPK30作添加剂得到的产物的溶解性及增粘性能最好;粘度的改变直接影响到五孔共混膜结构和性能的改变;对固体质量分数为17%的铸膜液,当PVPK30加入质量分数为6%时制得的中空纤维膜可达较佳性能。
