2013年12月起,全国大学英语四级考试的题型结构已经进行调整。调整后翻译题由单句翻译变成整段翻译。.整体难度加大,翻译难度提升明显。凡是英语综合能力弱、不经常练习写作和翻译的学生通过的难度会更大。针对段落翻译,为了适应题型特点,大学英语教师应该在课堂上有针对性地对学生进行段落翻译的训练。本文通过对学生教学中发现的段落翻译存在的问题进行探讨,以提供大学英语教师在授课中可以采用的翻译训练方法,在平时的学习训练中提高学生的英语翻译和运用能力,从而提高实战翻译水平。
