高分辨率CT(HRCT)技术在眼耳鼻咽喉科应用的系列研究,属医学临床应用基础研究,适用于眼科、耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科、影像诊断科及相关临床科室。1990~2002年采用HRCT技术对2754例眼眶、鼻窦及颞骨的影像解剖、变异、不同病变影像诊断的临床应用进行了系列研究。1.眼部外伤1028例:423例眼眶骨折的CT研究、73例眼眶爆裂骨折的CT诊断、132例眼眶外伤后失明原因的CT研究,85例视神经管骨折的CT诊断、155例外壁骨折的CT分析、40例儿童眼眶骨折CT分析、120例眼眶直接倾斜矢
A series of high-resolution CT (HRCT) applications in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology are a series of basic clinical research applications in ophthalmology, otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, imaging diagnosis and related clinical departments. From 1990 to 2002, a series of 2754 cases of orbital, paranasal sinus and temporal bone were dissected, and the clinical application of imaging diagnosis of different lesions were studied by HRCT. 1. 1028 cases of ocular trauma: CT study of 423 cases of orbital fractures, CT diagnosis of orbital blowout fractures in 73 cases, CT findings of 132 cases of blindness after orbital trauma, CT diagnosis of optic canal fracture in 85 cases, and external wall fracture in 155 cases CT analysis, 40 cases of orbital fracture CT analysis, 120 cases of direct orbital tilt
