竞争既是企业发展的动力,也是企业发展的羁绊。竞争伴随着企业整个生命周期,企业自竞争中求生,自竞争中发展,由竞争而衰亡。如何正确分析竞争对手并因势利导,使企业在竞争中立于不败之地,是每个企业必须时时面对的重要课题。本文以迈克尔·波特(Michael Porter)提出的五力模式为基础对北京有色冶金设计研究总院(以下简称北京有色设计院)的竞争对手进行分析,期望借此与同行研讨。
Competition is not only the driving force behind the development of enterprises, but also the fetter of the development of enterprises. Competition is accompanied by the entire life cycle of an enterprise. An enterprise survives itself from competition, develops from competition, and dies from competition. How to correctly analyze the competitors and make the best use of them to make the enterprises invincible in the competition is an important issue that every enterprise must face from time to time. Based on the five forces model put forward by Michael Porter, this article analyzes the competitors of Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Nonferrous Metals Design Institute) and expects to discuss with its counterparts.
