小鼠宫颈癌Ｕ１４移植６１５小鼠，用台盼蓝封闭单核巨噬细胞系统（ＭＰＳ），观察癌组织生长及对脾、胸腺、淋巴结的影响。结果：①台盼蓝的高、低剂量组与对照组的瘤重、腰淋巴结比较均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。台盼蓝低剂量组的脾和胸腺的ＭＰＳ增生程度较高剂量组及对照组明显。表明本实验的ＭＰＳ单纯增生与肿瘤生长无明显关系。②台盼蓝注射在移植癌内偶见癌组织发生自发性消退，并对再次移植发生免疫现象。本文结合文献对结果进行了讨论。
Mice with cervical cancer U14 were transplanted with 615 mice. The monocyte-macrophage system (MPS) was closed with trypan blue and the growth of the cancer tissue and the effect on the spleen, thymus and lymph nodes were observed. Results: ① There was no significant difference in the tumor weight and lumbar lymph node between the high-dose and low-dose trypan blue group and the control group (P> 0.05). Trypan blue low dose group of spleen and thymus MPS hyperplasia than the high dose group and the control group. This experiment showed that MPS simple hyperplasia and tumor growth no significant relationship. ② trypan blue injection in the transplanted cancer occasional spontaneous regression of cancerous tissue, and the phenomenon of re-transplantation of immune. This article discusses the results in combination with the literature.
