综合考虑北京奥运物流仓库工程的水文地质条件、建筑结构类型及基础形式、周围环境条件、材料供应情况、施工条件等因素,平衡各方对工程质量、工期和成本的要求,初选两种地基处理方案;运用地基基础理论进行方案设计,通过工程造价、加固机理、使用材料等技术经济指标比较,选择最佳方案。选择成桩工艺,确定施工工艺流程和质量控制要点;依据现行相关规范,结合实践经验,选用低应变反射波、单桩竖向抗压静载试验和现场观测等方法进行桩身完整性、单桩承载力及沉降效果检验,结果表明已选的方案满足设计要求。
Considering the hydrogeological conditions of the Beijing Olympic logistics warehouse project, the types and basic forms of the building structure, the surrounding environmental conditions, the material supply conditions and the construction conditions, we should balance the requirements of the parties on the project quality, construction period and cost. Treatment plan; using the basic theory of subgrade design of the program, through the project cost, strengthening mechanism, the use of materials and other technical and economic indicators, choose the best solution. Select the pile forming process, determine the construction process and quality control points; based on the relevant current norms, combined with practical experience, the selection of low strain reflected waves, single pile vertical compression static load test and field observation methods such as pile integrity, single Pile bearing capacity and settlement effect test, the results show that the program has been selected to meet the design requirements.
