固然积分制管理最初实践于企业,能够使企业员工自我激发主人翁意识,做到“主观上为自己,客观上为公司及他人”。但推而广之,其也适用于今天文明社区的构建。实践表明,积分制管理一方面使人人甘当社区主人,做到今天我为社区添光彩,明天社区因我而荣耀,另一方面对于社区管理者来说,能够从日常繁琐庞杂的事务中解脱出来,集中智慧和力量办大事、解难事、干实事,从而实现社区干部与群众携手共进、同频共振,人人致力社区文明。
