本文较全面地研究了预测柴油机充气效率的容积法,改善了其管长适应性和转速适应性。计算结果与实测结果的比较表明,用改进了的容积法来预测柴油机的充气效率,不仅适用于短进气管和中低速柴油机,而且适用于中等长度的进气管和高速柴油机,计算值与实测值的误差小于5%。其次,通过对三种容积法模型的计算和充气效率影响因素的分析,得出了某些有意义的结论。
In this paper, a more comprehensive study of the volumetric method of predicting the charge efficiency of a diesel engine improves its adaptability of tube length and speed adaptability. The comparison between the calculation results and the measured results shows that the improved volumetric method can be used to predict the charge efficiency of diesel engines not only for short intake manifold and medium and low speed diesel engines but also for medium intake manifold and high speed diesel engine. The calculated and measured values The error is less than 5%. Secondly, some meaningful conclusions have been drawn through the calculation of the three volumetric models and the influencing factors of the charging efficiency.
