叶圣陶曾经说过:“所谓教师之主导作用,盖在善于引导启迪,俾学生自奋其力,自致其知,非谓教师滔滔讲说,学生默默聆受”、“导者,多方设法,使学生能逐渐自求得之,卒底于不待教师教授之谓也”。这就是说,教师要把课堂时间和课堂空间还给学生,把思维的过程还给学生,给学生充分的时间自学、讨论,开展自主合作学习,让学生多学,发挥学生的主观能动性,让学生真正成为学习的主人,从而实现“少教多学”的双赢。
