测定了三种方法制备的SnO_2粉末的TG和DTA谱图,对SnO_2粉末表面吸、脱附反应进行了动力学分析,并对表面势垒的分析结果与实测的材料灵敏度曲线进行分析.姑果表明在700℃以下,SnO_2表面发生的吸、脱附反应为零级反应;以氨水为沉淀剂制备的SnO_2的程序升温脱附反应为吸热反应;以尿素为沉淀剂制备的SnO_2,则为放热反应.
The TG and DTA spectra of SnO_2 powders prepared by the three methods were determined, and the adsorption and desorption reactions on the surface of SnO_2 powder were analyzed. The analysis results of surface potential barrier and the measured material sensitivity curves were analyzed. The results showed that the adsorption and desorption reactions of SnO 2 were zero-order reaction at the temperature below 700 ℃. The temperature-programmed desorption reaction of SnO 2 with ammonia as the precipitating agent was endothermic reaction. The reaction of SnO 2 with urea as precipitant was Exothermic reaction.
