本文认为,在媒体融合进程中,广播媒体应该同时秉承“内容为王”和“用户至上”的传播理念,明确媒体融合不仅仅是向新媒体融合,还应广泛借鉴包括报纸、电视等其他类型传统媒体值得吸收的表现形式;在此基础上,结合笔者在英国广播公司(BBC)实地调研以及与中国国际广播电台(CRI)业务部门人员沟通之后的心得,提出了广播媒体发展的“五个一”原则。
