本项研究利用萃取、沉淀和结晶等技术从甘草粉中提取纯化甘草酸单钾。作者在该研究中引入酸性乙酸乙酯重结晶甘草酸单钾法,使杂质含量大幅度降低,其产品中甘草酸单钾含量大于99%。本研究的甘草酸单钾制备方法也可以应用到工业生产当中,进行甘草酸单钾的规模化生产。高纯度的甘草酸及其某些盐类,有利于其生理活性和药理作用的研究,有利于临床应用。
In this study, extraction, precipitation and crystallization techniques were used to extract monopotassium glycyrrhizinate from licorice powder. In this study, the authors introduced acid ethyl acetate recrystallization of monkali glycyrrhizic acid method, so that the content of impurities significantly reduced, the product of monkali glycyrrhizic acid content greater than 99%. The preparation method of monopotassium glycyrrhizinate in this study can also be applied to industrial production, for the large-scale production of monopotassium glycyrrhizinate. High-purity glycyrrhizic acid and some of its salts, is conducive to its physiological activity and pharmacological effects of research, is conducive to clinical application.
