天然沸石是橡胶的多功能改性剂。为了能够充分地发挥沸石潜在的功能,必须对其进行机械和化学的激活处理。介绍了沸石的机械、化学活化工艺及加工设备,并用红外光谱法及χ-射线分析法研究了沸石改性剂在БНКС-18丁腈橡胶和新型的氧化丙烯橡胶СКПО胶料中的反应机理。研究结果表明,它在橡胶与石油烃类介质接触的使用条件下,可防止橡胶中所含的增塑剂被抽出,从而可以保证橡胶制品在-40℃的北极气候条件下具有耐寒性、耐油性,这就提高了硫化胶的力学性能。
Natural zeolite is a multifunctional rubber modifier. In order to fully exploit the potential function of the zeolite, it must be mechanically and chemically activated. The mechanical and chemical activation process and processing equipment of zeolite were introduced. The reaction mechanism of zeolite modifier in БНКС-18 nitrile rubber and new propylene oxide rubber СКПО compound was studied by infrared spectroscopy and χ-ray analysis. The results show that it can prevent the plasticizer contained in the rubber from being extracted under the conditions of contact with the petroleum hydrocarbon medium so as to ensure that the rubber product has cold resistance and oil resistance under the temperature of -40 ° C. in the Arctic. This increases the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate.
