我们数学教研组近几年来,以既减轻学生过重负担、又提高教学质量为目标,开展教研活动,探索教育规律,努力改进教学方法,取得了一些成效。我们在教研活动中主要抓了以下五方面的工作。一、抓全组教育思想的统一前几年,在单纯追求升学率的思想影响下,我们全组教师的思想也曾搞得比较乱,认为只要培养出几个“尖子”,竞赛能得名次,高考能排第一,也就心满意足了。因此有些同志竭力主张分班、跳级、面向少数,教学中出现了“灌、快、难、多”
In the past few years, our mathematics teaching and research group has carried out teaching and research activities aiming at reducing both the burden of overweight students and improving teaching quality. It has also explored the laws of education and strived to improve teaching methods and achieved some results. We have mainly engaged in the following five aspects of our teaching and research activities. I. Grasping the Unity of Educational Ideas In the past few years, under the influence of a purely pursuing a higher schooling rate, our entire group of teachers’ ideas have also become more chaotic. We believe that as long as there are several “tops” trained, the competition can be ranked. The college entrance examination can be ranked first and it is also satisfactory. Therefore, some comrades have endeavored to advocate shifting, skipping, and facing a minority, and there has been “immunization, quickness, difficulty, and more” in teaching.
