目的探讨各种食品的食物中毒钡的现场快速检测方法。方法对比分析国标法与改进法对各种食品的食物中毒钡含量检测的差异。结果改进后的硫酸钡法所得的实验结果与GB/T 5009.42-2003国家标准方法相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其检出限为0.02 mg/ml,回收率在90%~95%之间。结论改进后硫酸钡法测定食品的食物中毒钡方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、准确和抗干扰性强的优点。
Objective To investigate the fast detection of food poisoning barium in various fields. Methods The differences between the national standard method and the improved method in detecting food poisoning barium content of various foods were compared and analyzed. Results The experimental results obtained by the improved barium sulfate method showed no significant difference compared with the national standard method of GB / T 5009.42-2003 (P> 0.05). The detection limit was 0.02 mg / ml and the recovery was 90% 95% between. Conclusion The improved method of barium sulfate determination of food poisoning barium food has the advantages of simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and strong anti-interference.
