本试验探讨了在模拟移动床装置上,用KBaY型分子筛作吸附剂,甲苯为解吸剂,以气相色谱法对分离所得的样品进行分析,得出C_8芳烃异构体分离的全谱带图, 并计算出对二甲苯的纯度和收率。结果表明,吸附区空速1.93时~(-1)(体积空速),吸附—解吸温度90℃,筛/油=6~6.5,剂/油=2.8~3.2,压力为3公斤/厘米~2(表),旋转阀切换时间为184~185秒,所得对二甲苯纯度在96~98%,收率在90%左右。
In this study, we investigated the separation of C_8 aromatic isomers on a simulated moving bed apparatus using KBaY zeolite as adsorbent and toluene as desorbent, and analyzing the separated samples by gas chromatography. The purity and yield of para-xylene were calculated. The results showed that the space velocity of the adsorption zone was 1.93 h -1 (volume space velocity), the adsorption-desorption temperature was 90 ℃, the sieve / oil was 6-6.5, the solvent / oil was 2.8-3.2, the pressure was 3 kg / cm ~ 2 (table), rotary valve switching time is 184 ~ 185 seconds, the purity of p-xylene obtained in 96 ~ 98%, the yield of about 90%.
