目的检测增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferativevitreoretinopathy,PVR)发生过程中玻璃体内白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的含量变化,探讨其在PVR早期免疫反应中的作用。方法用同种巨噬细胞诱发兔眼PVR,在不同时间点抽取玻璃体液,采用双抗体夹心法ELISA试剂盒检测IL-6含量。结果IL-6含量14d达高峰998pg/ml,28d降至其基线水平;拟合二次曲线提示玻璃体中IL-6含量在10~21d呈一高水平平台251pg/ml。结论IL-6在此PVR模型中玻璃体含量在第2周明显升高,并持续至第3周,与PVR形成中的第二阶段细胞增殖期相一致,提示IL-6对此PVR模型细胞增殖、特别是对免疫活性细胞具有调控作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of intravitreal interleukin-6 (IL-6) in proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and its role in early PVR immune response. Methods The PVR of rabbit eyes was induced by allogeneic macrophages. Vitreous humor was drawn at different time points. IL-6 levels were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA kit. Results The level of IL-6 reached a peak of 998 pg / ml on the 14th day and dropped to its baseline level on the 28th day. The fitting quadratic curve suggested IL-6 content in the vitreous showed a high level platform of 251 pg / ml from 10 to 21 days. CONCLUSION: The content of IL-6 in this PVR model increased significantly in the second week and lasted for the third week, which was consistent with the second phase of PVR formation. It suggested that IL-6 could promote the proliferation of PVR model cells , Especially on immune-competent cells.
