新时期的大学生作为推动社会进步和振兴科技强国的储备人才,他们除了知识的武装,还需具备健康及完善的思想和身心。然而近些年,却时有大学生因挫折心理承受能力较弱而屡屡出现各种心理问题,甚至危机生命。由此可见,挫折心理教育作为大学生心理健康教育的重要部分急需通过个性化、渗透性和实践性等教育方法,来有效地培养大学生的抗挫折能力,以此来帮助他们身心健康的发展。
In the new period, college students, as reserve personnel who can promote social progress and rejuvenate the nation by science and technology, need to have sound and healthy minds and bodies besides their knowledge of armed forces. However, in recent years, there are many psychological problems and even life-threatening crises in college students who often suffer from weak psychological frustration. Thus, as an important part of college students’ psychological health education, frustrated psychology education urgently needs to help students develop their physical and mental health by effectively cultivating their anti-frustration ability through individualized, permeable and practical educational methods.
