对蒺藜不同提取工艺进行了研究，并用海柯皂甙元做指标测定了皂甙的含量。研究表明：回流法较渗漉法、水煮醇沉法提取的干膏、皂甙得量高，而回流法中用70％乙醇回流提取的皂甙及其含量为最高。
Different extraction processes were studied, and the content of saponin was determined by using Hecoaponin as an indicator. The research shows that the refluxing method has higher yields than the osmotic method, boiled alcohol precipitation method, and the highest content of saponin. The refluxing method uses 70% ethanol to extract the saponin with the highest content.
