困难职工是一个特殊群体,建立困难职工帮扶长效机制是工会协助各级党政解决困难职工生产生活问题,维护职工合法权益的有效载体。落实困难职工帮扶长效机制是构建和谐企业的基础和措施,坚持依档帮扶、因困施助,充分发挥困难职工帮扶站平台作用,体现了各级党政领导对困难职工群众的关爱,为助推企业和谐、稳定发展起到了积极的推动作用。
