目的对9年内成都国家病媒监测点室内蟑螂密度数据的时间序列进行小波分析,以得出该地区蟑螂密度的变化特征。方法使用Matlab 8.3软件小波分析工具,将2007-2015年报告的成都分月蟑螂密度按照城区和郊区分别使用Morlet复小波函数进行连续小波变换,并计算小波系数。结果成都蟑螂密度具有18个月时间尺度的主振荡周期。小波系数为城区:-2.147 3+3.213 1i~3.385 2+2.764 0i;郊区:-4.491 0+0.457 6i~24.879 6-9.808 2i。结论小波分析可用于蟑螂密度变动研究。
Objective To analyze the time series of indoor cockroach density data of national vector monitoring sites in Chengdu in 9 years to obtain the variation characteristics of the density of cockroaches in this area. Methods Based on Matlab 8.3 software wavelet analysis tools, monthly monthly cockroach density of Chengdu reported in 2007-2015 was calculated by wavelet transform using Morlet complex wavelet function according to urban and suburban areas respectively. Results Chengdu roach density had a main oscillation period of 18 months on a time scale. The wavelet coefficients are urban: -2.147 3 + 3.213 1i ~ 3.385 2 + 2.764 0i; suburban: -4.491 0 + 0.457 6i ~ 24.879 6-9.808 2i. Conclusion The wavelet analysis can be used to study the density change of cockroaches.
