Why should we listen to the voices of the people? Even if the leaders are elites and capable people, they can barely hide their hands. Many people have more perspectives and more comprehensive perspectives. Our company has more than 3,000 people, only seven or eight leaders, and seven or eight people have different perspectives from 3,000 people. Recently we have set up 33 information personnel. What all these information officers do is that there is no one cadre, nor is it necessarily a party member or a member of the league. What they are looking for are ordinary grassroots workers, like barbers, librarians, and communicators. Because they have the most extensive contacts, they can reflect on all aspects and opinions from all corners, enabling us to hear the voices of most people.
