第二汽车制造厂铸造三厂从日本三菱公司引进用微计算机控制的高压多触头造型自动线,现已调试成功。本讲以该线的电控系统为实例,重点介绍微计算机在高压造型自动线控制系统中的应用。一、自动线概况该自动线是具有80年代技术水平的高压造型自动线。其主要优点之一是电气控制的先进性,控制系统的核心是以微计算机为主的控制器。全线设有手动、半自动和全自动三种控制方式。中央操作台、故障信号显示板和电气控制柜都集中在中央控制室。分机旁设有就地按钮箱。全线用电量为300千瓦。26台电机,每台主油泵电机功率为90千瓦。全线有385个输入点,242个输出点。使用三种类型的无触点开关255个。该自动线由35台主辅机组成,采用连续式封闭的铸型输送机。其平面布置见图5—1。

This talk about the line of electronic control system as an example, focusing on the microcomputer in the high-pressure modeling automatic line control system. First, the automatic line Overview The automatic line is a high-pressure modeling with 80’s technology level automatic line. One of its main advantages is the advanced nature of electrical control, the core of the control system is a microcomputer-based controller. The whole line is equipped with manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic three control methods. Central console, fault signal display panels and electrical control cabinet are concentrated in the central control room. There is a local button box next to the extension. The entire line of electricity is 300 kilowatts. 26 motors, each main pump motor power is 90 kilowatts. There are 385 input points and 242 output points across the board. There are 255 three types of contactless switches. The automatic line consists of 35 main and auxiliary components, using a continuous closed mold conveyor. The plane layout shown in Figure 5-1.
