Many kinds of boxing, especially Taiji, gossip and intentional inner boxing, both advocate that “he does not move and I do not move, he moves me first”. How to understand this sentence, how to do it in the battle? First of all, “does not move ” refers to the appearance, but the spirit must move. “I do not move, I do not move ” literally understood as the other side does not attack, I do not act rashly, but this only refers to the appearance of both, not the state of mind. Do not act rashly when the other side has not yet done action, which is conducive to saving energy and keeping a clear head, and looking for a favorable fighter, but their spirit must not move, if God is not moving is a big mistake wrong.
