从100条ISSR引物中筛选出19条重复性好,扩增条带清晰的引物对17份澳洲坚果种质进行亲缘关系分析。19条引物共扩增出369个位点,多态性位点249个(67.5%)。利用UPGMA法得到的聚类的结果表明17份种质分为4个类群,所有夏威夷选育出的品种在最大的一个类群中归于两个亚类,而在澳大利亚选育出的品种则分别聚为独立的类群,因此推测夏威夷选育出的品种很可能起源于两个遗传多样性不同的群体;而澳大利亚选育的品种其遗传背景和选育史与夏威夷的品种不同。
Nineteen primers were screened from 100 ISSR primers and their repeatability was good. The genetic relationships among 17 Macadamia nuts were analyzed. A total of 369 primers were amplified with 19 primers, with 249 polymorphic loci (67.5%). The clustering results obtained by UPGMA showed that 17 germplasms were divided into four groups. All Hawaii breeds were classified into two subcategories in the largest one group, and those breeds in Australia were clustered separately Therefore, it is speculated that the varieties bred in Hawaii probably originated from two different populations with different genetic diversity. However, the genetic background and breeding history of Australian bred varieties differed from that of Hawaii.
