通过对盐城市5个区域总计8个品种22个藕粉圆样品中重金属铅镉的含量测定,探明这2种重金属元素在藕粉圆中的含量状况。采用微波消解法消化经粉碎混匀的藕粉圆样品,以石墨炉原子吸收法测定22个样品中的铅镉浓度。结果表明藕粉圆中铅的检出限为1.0μg/L,线性范围为2.0μg/L~30.0μg/L,样品的加标回收率为100.72%~103.66%;镉的检出限为0.08μg/L,线性范围为0.1μg/L~2.0μg/L,样品的加标回收率为98.25%~102.83%。
Through the determination of Pb and Cd in 22 lotus root rounds of 8 total varieties in 5 regions in Yancheng City, the content of these heavy metals in lotus root circle was ascertained. Microwave digestion was used to digest the crushed and ground lotus root starch samples to determine the concentration of lead and cadmium in 22 samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the detection limit of lead in lotus root circle was 1.0μg / L, the linear range was 2.0μg / L ~ 30.0μg / L, the recoveries were 100.72% ~ 103.66%, and the detection limit of cadmium was 0.08μg / L, the linear range of 0.1μg / L ~ 2.0μg / L, the recovery of the sample was 98.25% to 102.83%.
