现行初中物理教材和有关文章都介绍过制作水果电池的课外实验。水果电池因其制作方法简便易行,很容易引起学生的兴趣。但作为一种化学电池,水果电池中有哪些化学反应,其电动势怎样计算则很少讨论。而搞清这些对于解释所观察到的现象,深化对这些表面现象的认识将是有益的。另外,利用水果电池和一些新的元件及电路,还可以作出更生动、更有趣味的实验来。
Current junior middle school physics textbooks and related articles have introduced extra-curricular experiments for making fruit cells. The fruit battery is easy to produce due to its easy manufacturing method, which is easy to attract students’ interest. However, as a kind of chemical battery, what kind of chemical reactions in fruit cells, how to calculate the electromotive force is rarely discussed. It will be useful to understand these phenomena to explain the observed phenomena and deepen the understanding of these superficial phenomena.
