本文介绍了将水分高达10%~11%、含硫0.86%的八钢磁铁精矿与返矿、生石灰一起预制粒后,再与其它原料混合烧结的一种新工艺的研究.研究表明,采用该工艺,烧结利用系数可提高15.52%,转鼓指数增加3个百分点。该试验研究的成功,为大幅度提高八钢烧结矿产质量开辟了一条新途径。
In this paper, we introduce a new process of pre-pelletizing eight steel magnetite concentrates with 10% ~ 11% moisture content and 0.86% sulfur content, together with the back-ore and lime, and then sintering with other raw materials. The research shows that the sintering utilization coefficient can be increased by 15.52% and the drum index can be increased by 3% by this process. The success of this pilot study opens up a new avenue for greatly improving the quality of sintered ore at Bayi Steel.
