在信息时代 ,信息经济对企业竞争力的影响日益重要 ,信息系统的广泛应用 ,要求企业重新认识和分析市场结构及竞争环境 ,再造其供应链与价值链。本文提出构筑以信息为中心的企业竞争优势模型 ,并分别从企业与顾客、供应商、市场以及竞争者四个方面基于信息技术 (CRM、SCM、网络营销、虚拟企业、竞争与合作等 )的应用 ,详细讨论与分析了信息经济、博弈论对企业竞争力的影响 ,提出中国企业应构筑基于信息的核心竞争力 ,迎接全球性的挑战而立于不败之地。
In the information age, the impact of the information economy on the competitiveness of enterprises has become increasingly important. The extensive use of information systems requires companies to re-understand and analyze the market structure and competitive environment, and to recreate their supply chain and value chain. This paper proposes building an information-centric enterprise competitive advantage model based on information technology (CRM, SCM, network marketing, virtual enterprise, competition, cooperation, etc.) from the four aspects: enterprise and customer, supplier, market, and competitors. The application discusses and analyzes in detail the impact of information economy and game theory on corporate competitiveness, and suggests that Chinese companies should build core information-based competitiveness and meet invincible challenges with global challenges.
