目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建及VRT成像在肋骨及肋软骨损伤中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析50例肋骨及肋软骨骨折病例,采用MIP、SSD和VRT技术,通过修改重建算法进行肋骨及肋软骨三维重建,并与X线平片、轴扫图像对照分析。结果:7例X线平片、5例常规平扫不能确诊,经图像后处理明确了诊断;3例在三维图像中可疑或未显示骨折,结合MPR(包括曲面重建)明确了骨折。结论:多层螺旋CT三维成像对肋骨及肋软骨骨折的显示优于普通X线影像,对临床可疑肋骨及肋软骨损伤是重要的补充检查手段。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and VRT imaging in the injury of rib and costal cartilage. Methods: Fifty cases of rib and costal cartilage fracture were retrospectively analyzed. MIP, SSD and VRT techniques were used to reconstruct the three-dimensional reconstruction of rib and costal cartilage. The results were compared with X-ray and axial scan images. Results: Seven cases of X-ray and five cases of normal plain scan could not be diagnosed. The diagnosis was confirmed by image postprocessing. Three cases of suspicious or no fracture were found in three-dimensional images, and the fracture was confirmed by MPR (including surface reconstruction). Conclusion: The multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging is superior to plain X-ray images in the diagnosis of rib and costal cartilage fractures, which is an important supplementary examination method for clinical suspicious ribs and costal cartilage damage.
