在底部结构的力学分析中,除了要研究由于拉底、崩落过程所引起的二次应力场对底部结构内部的扰动影响外,还应该考虑底部结构所承受的外载荷的变化——覆盖的崩落矿岩在放出流动过程中底部结构压力的变化情况,这对下一步全面考查底部结构内部的应力变化规律是有意义的。本文尝试用离散单元法(Distinct Element Methot)来解决崩落矿岩在流动过程中对底部结构的应力变化情况。首先论述了离散无法的基本原理以及在本文应用中所作的相应调整,叙述了作者编制接口文件(DEM和CAD的接口)的过程。最后对两个模拟算例进行了分析,得到一些有益的定性结论,说明了用离散元法分析底部受力是除了实验测定方法之外的可供选择的另一条途径。
In the mechanical analysis of the bottom structure, in addition to studying the influence of the secondary stress field caused by the pull bottom and the avalanche process on the internal disturbance of the bottom structure, the change in the external load subjected to the bottom structure should also be considered - the covered breakout The evolution of the bottom structural pressure during the release of the ore-bearing rock is significant for the next step to thoroughly examine the internal stress changes in the bottom structure. This paper attempts to use the discrete element method (Distinct Element Methot) to solve the stress changes of the bottom structure during the flow of the collapsed ore. First of all, it discusses the basic principle of discreteness and the corresponding adjustments made in the application of this paper. It also describes the process of the author’s preparation of interface files (DEM and CAD interface). Finally, two simulation examples are analyzed and some useful qualitative conclusions are obtained. It is illustrated that using the discrete element method to analyze the bottom stress is another alternative to experimental measurement methods.
