中职幼教学生正处于从未成年向成年过渡的年龄时期,这个时期身心发育急剧变化,思想道德素质、人文素质正处于形成过程当中,极不稳定,可塑性强,是人文素质、道德情操、心理品质和行为习惯养成的关键时期,其水平的高低,对于他们的一生将产生巨大的影响。本文通过客观地认识当前中职幼教学生人文素质、思想道德素质的现状,探讨存在问题的原因,提出行之有效的教育建议,为当前中职学校教育改革提供指导。
Secondary vocational school preschool education students are in a transitional age from adolescence to adulthood. During this period, the physical and mental development has changed dramatically. Ideological and moral qualities and humanistic qualities are in the process of being formed. They are extremely unstable and malleable. They are humanistic qualities, moral sentiments and psychology The quality and behavior of the key period of development, the level of its life will have a huge impact. By objectively understanding the present situation of the humanistic quality and ideological and moral quality of secondary preschool education students, this paper discusses the reasons for the existing problems and puts forward effective education suggestions to provide guidance for the current educational reform in secondary vocational schools.
