日前,本人以评委身份观赏了某课堂教学大赛14堂很有价值的展示课。本人以为,示范性和观赏性是对这类课的外在要求,学科性和真实性是内在要求。但当一个授课教师、几十个学生、一千来个教师以及舞台和会场等因素组成课堂时,这个课堂其实远离了我们平时说的教室而更像是一个剧场了。剧场和课堂是不一样的,示范性和观赏性具有公开演剧的特点,学科性和真实性是课堂教学的要求。两者之间是有矛盾的,但授课教师要在这一对“先天性”的矛盾当中取得调和,难度可想而知。一次评奖总要有好、中、差之分,但是就研究的价值来说,引人思考、引发争议的课不一定比那种给人示范、让人模仿的课来的少些。下面就听课时的一些感想胪列如下:
A few days ago, as a judge, I watched 14 valuable lesson demonstration classes in a classroom teaching contest. I believe that demonstration and appreciation are external requirements for such classes, and that the disciplinary and authenticity are inherent requirements. However, when a classroom teacher, dozens of students, a thousand teachers, and the stage and the venue make up the class, the class actually moves away from what we usually call a classroom and is more like a theater. The theater and the classroom are not the same. The demonstration and appreciation have the characteristics of public drama, and the disciplinary and authenticity are the requirements of classroom teaching. There is a contradiction between the two, but the instructors must be reconciled in the contradiction between the “continuity”. The difficulty can be imagined. There are always good, medium, and bad points in a prize. However, in terms of the value of research, the lessons that lead to controversy and controversy are not necessarily less than those that give people demonstrations and imitations.
