目的:建立青海高原地区藏族正常青少年Mc Namara分析法的正常值。方法:选取青海高原地区藏族正常青少年40名,男(n=20),女(n=20),拍摄正中颌位X线头颅侧位定位片,进行X线头影测量Mc Namara分析,并与西宁地区汉族正常青少年Mc Namara分析法的正常值进行比较。结果:青海高原地区藏族正常青少年男女部分测量值存在显著性差异;与西宁地区同性别组汉族Mc Namara分析法的正常值进行比较,部分测量值也存在显著性差异。结论:恒牙初期Mc Namara分析法测量值存在性别差异和民族特征。青海地区高原藏族正常青少年Mc Namara分析法的正常值可为本地区藏族青少年错畸形的临床矫治提供参考。
Objective: To establish the normal value of Mc Namara method for Tibetan normal children in Qinghai Plateau. Methods: Totally 40 Tibetan normal adolescents in Qinghai Plateau were enrolled in this study. Male (n = 20) and female (n = 20) The normal values of McNamara’s analysis of normal Han and Han Chinese in the region were compared. Results: There were significant differences between men and women in Tibetan normal children and adolescents in Qinghai Plateau. Compared with the normal values of McNamara in Han nationality in Xining region, some of the measured values were also significantly different. CONCLUSIONS: There are gender differences and ethnic characteristics in McNamara’s analysis of early permanent teeth. The normal value of the Mc Namara method for Tibetan normal adolescents in Qinghai can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of malocclusion in Tibetan adolescents in this area.
