柳钢炼铁厂高炉设备原来是按255m~3高炉配套设计的,设计利用系数为1.8~2.0t/(m~3·d)。随着高炉强化冶炼水平的提高,高炉各系统的设备能力明显不足,有的设备负荷太重,故障率太高。 1996年初,我们利用价值工程原理对现有设备进行了全面系统的分析研究,提出了一整套设备改造更新、大修的方案。通过努力,我们用较少的资金,完成了设备改造计划,使高炉设备满足年产生铁100万吨的生产需要。我们引入了价值工程原理对必须进行改造的高炉上料系统、出铁系统、送风系统、喷煤系
Liuzhou Iron and Steel Works blast furnace equipment was originally 255m ~ 3 blast furnace supporting design, design and utilization factor of 1.8 ~ 2.0t / (m ~ 3 · d).
