In this paper, mandibular growth of normal rats in all age groups were measured. Long-term observation of mandibular development after condylar fractures was performed using an animal model of condylar fractures in young rats. Mandibular development in normal rats is completed 6 months ago. The development of mandibular lupus continued for 9 months. The shape of condyles returned to normal 6 months after fracture. The mandibular body continued to grow in the normal development of the same age rats, but still shorter than normal. The more serious is the height of the branch. From the results of this experiment, condyle fractures may have some impact on the development of the mandible, but it does not affect its function. No joint stiffness, dysfunction and facial asymmetry were found. The results of this experiment support conservative treatment.
