目前,在教学中把知识传授给学员的主要途径,仍是通过课堂讲授。直观地把需要讲授的知识较全面系统地讲解出来,一般是能做到的。但是,要使学员能够理解和掌握,并达到举一反三的程度,是需要教师在教学内容准备上下番功夫的。一是要熟练地掌握教材体系,二是要根据成人教育的特点,选择恰当的案例,启发学员独立思考。这样做,较注入式的教学方法,可以取得事半功倍的效果。下面仅就《经济法》的案例教学谈点体会。 At present, the main way to impart knowledge to students in teaching is still through classroom teaching.
