目前,在教学中把知识传授给学员的主要途径,仍是通过课堂讲授。直观地把需要讲授的知识较全面系统地讲解出来,一般是能做到的。但是,要使学员能够理解和掌握,并达到举一反三的程度,是需要教师在教学内容准备上下番功夫的。一是要熟练地掌握教材体系,二是要根据成人教育的特点,选择恰当的案例,启发学员独立思考。这样做,较注入式的教学方法,可以取得事半功倍的效果。下面仅就《经济法》的案例教学谈点体会。
At present, the main way to impart knowledge to students in teaching is still through classroom teaching. Intuitively need to teach the knowledge more comprehensive and systematic explanation, generally can be done. However, to enable students to understand and master and achieve the goal of giving top priority is to require teachers to devote much time to preparing teaching contents. First, we must master the textbook system, the second is based on the characteristics of adult education, choose the appropriate case to inspire students to think independently. In doing so, we can achieve a multiplier effect with a more effective approach than the infusional teaching method. The following only on the “Economic Law” case teaching talk experience.
