随着社会经济的发展,我国城市化进程加快,大城市周边新兴的小城镇蓬勃发展。小城镇现有的给水系统已不能满足人们对水量、水质的高要求。同时,由于近年来企业结构、布局的调整和人们节水意识的增强,城市供水量连年下降,城市水厂供水能力明显富裕。以天津水司为例:城市水厂日供水能力为200万m~3,供水设施完善,x艺先进,水质良好,而目前供水量仅为100万时左右。在这种情况下,城市水厂向周边小城镇远距离供水成为可能,不仅可以缓解供水量连年下滑给供水企业带来的压力,而且可以使企业的设施、资金、技术等优势得到充分发挥。城市水厂向周边发展供水,首先要清楚掌握该地区的人口、用水量、给水系统现状、经济发展等情况,然后通过经济技术比较选择合适的供水方式,力求做到社会效益、经济效益双盈。

Urban water supply to the surrounding water supply, we must first have a clear grasp of the population, water consumption, the status of the water supply system, economic development, and then through the economic and technological comparison to choose the right water supply, and strive to achieve social benefits, double-profit economic benefits .
